Last weekend I had the immense pleasure of taking some shots for Chef in Blue! They are a cafe and crêperie located in Frisco, Texas and they are serving up crepes, salads, omelettes and sandwiches à la European style.
They opened earlier this year and have since filled the veritable crêpe void in the area. They have a wide variety of lunch and dessert crepes, ranging from the quintessential Nutella crêpe to their own Creme de Citron. And if crêpes aren’t your thing, they also have plenty of great salads, sandwiches, soups and breakfast fare. Personally I’d have to recommend their newly added veggie panini; it’s delicious!
In other news, I would like to announce the introduction of a lovely new category here on the retro penguin: FOOD! I have found I really enjoy photographing food and will slowly start a foray into this area in the following months. As for the Chef in Blue cafe, check out their site here and pay them a visit if you’re in the mood for a delicious lunch!
Happy Friday!
Great photos & writing Vanessa
Thank you!!
Haha, I’ll have to stop myself from drooling too much as I read your blog.
Looking forward to seeing more food posts by you, because every photo looks downright delicious and divine.
You’re too kind! Thank you! I’m definitely working on incorporating food posts into my schedule more frequently 🙂
