It’s the weekend, and I am officially on winter break! Since my last post, I’ve finished finals and moved back home for the holidays, which sort of explains the absence of blog posts lately. Between studying and working on a holiday gift guide and videos, I just haven’t had the time this past week. But don’t fret! My blog and upcoming films will be occupying my time for the next few weeks, so hopefully I’ll have plenty of awesome, new material to share before the spring semester starts.
I had planned to shoot at a local vineyard last week in the hopes of sharing the results here, but unfortunately some unexpected rain deterred me from bringing along my definitely-not-waterproof camera. I still went for a wine tasting though, which was fantastic and very informational, so I’ll be visiting them again soon when we get some drier days.
Other than that I’ve only photographed the plethora of holiday decorations around my house. That reindeer ornament actually makes me really nostalgic because I used to play with it all the time as kid. The nutcracker also caught my eye because I recently went to see The Nutcracker ballet for the first time and it was amazing! If you ever get the chance to go to a ballet or opera, I highly recommend it. I know it’s not for everyone, but hey, a little art never hurt anyone, right?
Oh, and yes, that’s me in pajamas. Hope you’re enjoying your holidays!
